NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, NEW YORK, FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS IN CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATION
The Battle Born Autoworx 1965 Mustang Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered solely by Battle Born Autoworx, Inc., located at 1900 E. Ocean Blvd, Unit 915, Long Beach, CA 90802 (the “Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not administered, sponsored, or endorsed by any third-party promotions agency, vehicle manufacturer, or social media platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are licensed drivers and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be nineteen (19) or older.
Residents of Mississippi must be twenty-one (21) or older.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Florida, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.
The following individuals are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective household members, whether related or not) of Sponsor or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize providers, and other entities engaged in the administration or promotion of this Sweepstakes.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 09, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
A. Purchase Entry (Online or In-Person)
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible merchandise purchased via https://battlebornautoworx.com or at authorized in-person Battle Born Autoworx events.
Entry total is based on product list price (exclusive of shipping, handling, taxes, and discounts).
Entries will be voided if purchases are canceled or refunded.
There is no limit to the number of purchase entries.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” card or paper, and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Limit: one (1) 3”x5” card per envelope.
No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries accepted.
Postmarked no later than May 6, 2026, and received by September 09, 2026.
C. Entry Multipliers and Bonus Entry Offers
During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer promotional entry multipliers (e.g., 2X, 3X) or Bonus Entry periods.
Purchases or mail-in entries submitted during these periods will receive additional entries as announced.
For mail-in entries, clearly mark “MULTIPLIER OFFER” and the current multiplier (e.g., “2X”) or “BONUS ENTRY” on the bottom right of the envelope.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor (or its designated agent) on or about SEPEMBER 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Notification shall be deemed to have occurred on the date the Sponsor or its agent first attempts to contact the selected entrant.
The potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents within five (5) calendar days of notification:
Affidavit of Eligibility
Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
IRS Form W-9
Copy of a valid U.S. driver’s license
If any required documentation is not returned within the stated timeframe, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, non-compliant, or unwilling to accept the prize as stated, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
After verification, the confirmed winner’s name will be publicly announced via Sponsor’s official social media and/or website, and may be revealed via live stream or other promotional media, at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. PRIZE AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
One (1) Grand Prize Will Be Awarded:
A 1965 Wide Body Ford Mustang, modified condition, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $60,000 USD
Total ARV of Prize: $60,000 USD
Prize Conditions:
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any fees related to licensing, title, registration, insurance, transportation, and use of the vehicle.
Winner must take possession of the vehicle within forty-five (45) days of being notified that the prize is available. Sponsor may assist with logistics, but is not responsible for shipping, storage, or delivery costs.
Vehicle may not comply with safety or emissions standards required in some jurisdictions. Winner is solely responsible for verifying legal operability.
Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession.
No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and without warranty, express or implied, except as required by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or destroyed after transfer of possession.
7. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants expressly consent to receive marketing emails and SMS/text messages from Battle Born Autoworx, including updates on promotions, new products, and sweepstakes.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. FRAUD AND SCAM PREVENTION NOTICE
Battle Born Autoworx will never ask a winner to pay money to claim a prize. If you receive a suspicious phone call, email, social media message, or letter asking for payment in exchange for a prize, do not respond. Report suspected fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at www.ftc.gov or 1-877-FTC-HELP.
Only communication from an official @battlebornautoworx.com email address or phone number will be valid for prize notification.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, and promote the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for publicity, promotional, or advertising purposes, in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or approval.
Winner may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use, and agrees to cooperate with reasonable Sponsor requests in that regard.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries
Technical failures, including internet or software issues
Unauthorized human or automated intervention
Prize delivery delays or losses after hand-off to winner
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or, if JAMS is unavailable, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be conducted in California.
Entrants waive the right to bring claims in class or representative actions.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Any judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict-of-law rules) govern this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [https://battlebornautoworx.com/pages/privacy-policy] and will be used for administration of this Sweepstakes, and, if opted in, for marketing purposes. No information will be sold to third parties.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor may award the prize from among eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
